Account & Registration

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and a password of at least 8 characters. After submitting, M Sport will send a one-time password (OTP) to your mobile number. Enter that OTP to verify your number and your account is ready immediately. The whole process takes under 2 minutes for most players. Registration is completely free.

You must be at least 18 years old to register and use M Sport. This is a hard rule with no exceptions. If M Sport discovers that an account belongs to someone under 18, the account will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited. No. Each person is permitted exactly one M Sport account. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim bonuses more than once or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being permanently closed with balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login details, use the account recovery option on the Login page rather than creating a new account.

On the M Sport Login page, tap "Forgot your password?" and enter your registered Pakistani mobile number. M Sport will send a password reset OTP to that number. Enter the OTP and choose a new password. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact M Sport's 24x7 support team via live chat for manual account recovery.

If you have changed your SIM or mobile number, contact M Sport support via live chat or email at support@msport.bio. You will need to verify your identity before the number is updated. Our team typically processes mobile number changes within 24 to 48 hours. Do not create a new account — updating your existing account is the correct process.

To permanently close your account, contact M Sport support via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Account lockout usually happens after several failed login attempts, which is an automatic security measure. Wait 30 minutes before trying again, or contact M Sport's 24x7 live support for immediate assistance. If you activated a cooling-off period or self-exclusion, the lock will remain in place for the duration of that period and cannot be reversed early.
Deposits & Payments

Log in to your M Sport account and go to the Deposit section. Choose your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the amount in PKR and confirm. For mobile wallets, funds appear in your M Sport balance instantly. Bank transfers typically take up to 2 hours. The minimum deposit is Rs 200.

The minimum deposit at M Sport is Rs 200. There is no maximum deposit limit set by M Sport, though your individual payment method provider may impose transaction limits. All deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and M Sport does not charge any fees on deposits from its side.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are instant in almost all cases. If your balance has not updated after 5 minutes, first check your mobile wallet or bank statement to confirm the transaction actually went through. If money was deducted but your M Sport balance did not update, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation and contact M Sport support via live chat with the transaction reference number. M Sport does not charge any fees on deposits. The full amount you deposit will be credited to your betting balance. Note that your mobile wallet provider or bank may have their own transaction charges — for example, some JazzCash transactions carry a small service fee from JazzCash's side. M Sport has no control over and does not benefit from third-party transaction fees.

IBFT deposits typically arrive in your M Sport account within 1 to 2 hours during standard banking hours. Withdrawals

Enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Withdrawals to mobile wallets like JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 5 minutes. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes in most cases. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are similarly fast. IBFT bank transfers reach your account within 2 hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1 to 3 working days depending on your bank. All withdrawal times are from the moment M Sport approves the request, not from when you submit it.

The minimum withdrawal at M Sport is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though very large withdrawals may be subject to additional identity verification to comply with financial regulations. M Sport charges no withdrawal fees — the amount you request is the amount you receive in your mobile wallet or bank account.

Withdrawals may be delayed or held for review if: your identity verification is incomplete, you have active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met, there is a mismatch between your account details and the payment method, or your withdrawal triggered an automated fraud prevention check. Identity verification (KYC) is a standard requirement for all licensed betting platforms. PSL Betting & Sports

Log in to M Sport and go to the PSL Betting page. Select the match you want to bet on, browse the available markets — match winner, top batsman, highest total, over/under runs, and many more — and click on the odds you want to back. Enter your stake in PKR in the bet slip on the right side of the screen and click "Place Bet". A confirmation will appear when your bet is accepted. For live PSL betting, the same process applies during a match with real-time odds.

Yes. M Sport offers ball-by-ball live betting on PSL matches. Odds update in real time throughout the match — after every delivery, over, or wicket. You can place bets on who will win from the current match situation, what will happen in the next over, how many runs a particular batsman will score, and more. Live bets are placed using the same bet slip and payment process as pre-match bets.

Bets are settled as soon as the official result of the market is confirmed. For PSL match winner bets, this is typically within minutes of the final ball. Winnings are credited to your M Sport balance automatically upon settlement — you do not need to request a manual payout. You can view settled bets and credited winnings in the "My Bets" section of your account.

M Sport covers international cricket including Pakistan vs India matches, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series. You can also find Betting Odds on other major sports popular with Pakistani players.
