M Sport Terms and Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities on Pakistan's Betting Platform

1 General Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and M Sport ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By creating an account, depositing funds, or using any service offered by M Sport, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

M Sport operates as an online betting and gaming platform accessible to players in Pakistan. All services provided by M Sport — including sports betting, PSL markets, live cricket scores, online casino games, live dealer tables, card games, and real money Ludo — are governed by these Terms alongside any specific rules published for individual products.

M Sport reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all residents and users accessing M Sport from Pakistan. If you access M Sport from outside Pakistan, you are responsible for ensuring that doing so is lawful in your jurisdiction. M Sport makes no representation that its services are appropriate or available in any location other than Pakistan.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account at M Sport, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of or currently located in Pakistan.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other individual or organisation.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of M Sport or its affiliates.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended M Sport account.
• You must not have been self-excluded or permanently barred from M Sport previously.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile phone number, and date of birth. Providing false information during registration is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your M Sport login credentials. M Sport will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify M Sport support immediately. M Sport accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player failed to safeguard their credentials.

2.4 Account Verification

M Sport may require identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may involve providing a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent identification document. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in the temporary suspension of your withdrawal access until verification is completed satisfactorily.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

M Sport accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following verified payment methods:

All deposits must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. M Sport does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a payment source not linked to the account holder's identity, it may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

M Sport does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees applied by your payment provider are outside M Sport's control and are the player's responsibility. M Sport recommends checking with your payment provider regarding any applicable charges before initiating a deposit.

4 Withdrawals

4.1 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are available to all verified M Sport account holders. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. If this is not available, an alternative verified method may be used subject to identity confirmation.

4.2 Processing Times

Standard withdrawal processing times from M Sport are as follows: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes of request approval. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within 15 minutes. IBFT bank transfers to Pakistani banks are completed within 2 hours. Card withdrawals may take between 1 and 3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

M Sport reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Players who have accepted bonuses must meet the relevant wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived winnings. Withdrawals of real-money deposits that have not been wagered at least once may be subject to a review process.

M Sport may delay or withhold withdrawals where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken on their account or balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by M Sport — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to these general bonus terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds must be wagered the required number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly on the offer page. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets must be placed before withdrawal is permitted.

• Bets placed using bonus funds on sports markets at odds below 1.50 (decimal) do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bets placed on games excluded from the bonus promotion do not count towards wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated on the offer page.
• M Sport reserves the right to void any bonus where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

5.3 PSL Best Odds Guaranteed

Where M Sport's Best Odds Guaranteed (BOG) policy applies to a PSL market, if the Starting Price at match time is higher than the odds at which you placed your pre-match bet, M Sport will pay your winnings at the higher Starting Price automatically. BOG applies only to pre-match bets on qualifying PSL markets as stated in the specific offer terms for each PSL season.

6 Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on M Sport are final once confirmed. It is the player's responsibility to check bet details — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a bet. M Sport does not cancel confirmed bets on the grounds of player error unless there is a demonstrable system error on M Sport's part.

6.2 Palpable Errors (Obvious Mistakes)

If M Sport publishes odds that are clearly and obviously incorrect — for example, significantly different from the true market price due to a technical error — M Sport reserves the right to void any bets placed at those erroneous odds and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This is referred to as a "palpable error" and applies regardless of whether the event has taken place.

6.3 Match Postponements & Cancellations

If a sporting event is postponed and does not take place within 12 hours of the original scheduled start time (24 hours for Test cricket matches), all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Bets placed in-play on events that are suspended and not completed within the specified window will also be voided. Specific rules for PSL matches, international cricket, and other sports categories are available in the individual sport rules sections accessible from within the M Sport platform.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted subject to M Sport's in-play acceptance system. If an in-play bet is not accepted by the system, no funds will be deducted. In-play odds are updated continuously and are only valid at the moment of acceptance — the odds displayed while you are navigating to the bet slip may differ from the accepted odds if a market update occurs during that time. Players are shown the accepted odds before final confirmation.

7 Casino & Games Rules

All casino games, live dealer tables, card games, and Ludo game modes on M Sport operate under specific product rules that are accessible within each game environment. These product rules supplement, and do not replace, these Terms.

7.1 Random Number Generator (RNG) Games

Online casino games including slots and virtual card games use a certified Random Number Generator to determine outcomes. The RNG is independently tested and audited by an accredited third-party laboratory. M Sport does not have the ability to influence RNG outcomes, and game results are final once the round is completed.

7.2 Live Casino

Live dealer games are hosted in real time by professional dealers. Decisions made by dealers in live casino games are final. In the rare event of a technical failure that disrupts a live casino round, bets will be voided and stakes returned to player accounts. M Sport's support team will be notified automatically of any such interruption.

7.3 Real Money Ludo

Ludo game outcomes are determined by a certified RNG for dice rolls. In-game decisions — which token to move — remain the player's choice. If a player disconnects during a Ludo game, a 60-second reconnection window applies. Failure to reconnect within that window will result in automated forfeiture of the disconnected player's turn. 8 Fair Play Policy

M Sport is committed to maintaining an environment where all players compete fairly and within the established rules. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or play games on your behalf.
• Collusion with other players in casino card games, live dealer tables, or any other multi-player environment.
• Exploiting software bugs or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such errors must be reported to M Sport support immediately.
• Match fixing, spot fixing, or placing bets based on insider information relating to the outcome of a sporting event.
• Creating or using multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions or claiming bonuses more than once.
• Using another individual's account or identity to place bets or access services on M Sport.

M Sport employs monitoring systems that identify unusual betting patterns, suspicious account activity, and potential collusion. Where an investigation is opened, M Sport may freeze the relevant account(s) temporarily pending the outcome. Players under investigation will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond.

9 Responsible Gaming

M Sport takes its responsibility to player welfare seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable activity, and M Sport provides a comprehensive set of tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available directly from your account settings and can be activated at any time without contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to existing limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined time period. Once reached, no further bets or game entries will be accepted until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications at intervals of your choosing reminding you of the time spent in the current session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, deposits and gameplay are suspended but withdrawals remain available.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and restrict access to M Sport for a minimum of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Data Protection & Privacy

M Sport collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at msport.bio/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the M Sport Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by M Sport is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, payment processing, regulatory compliance, and improving the platform. M Sport does not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except where required by law or where necessary to operate core platform functions such as payment processing.

All data is stored with 256-bit SSL encryption. Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data by contacting M Sport support. Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations that may apply.

11 Account Closure & Termination

11.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may close your M Sport account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending identity verification. Accounts with pending bonus wagering requirements will have all bonus balances voided upon voluntary closure.

11.2 Closure by M Sport

M Sport reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where there is evidence of a breach of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity, underage registration, use of multiple accounts, fair play violations, or providing false information during registration or verification. In cases of confirmed fraud or fair play violations, M Sport reserves the right to withhold the entire account balance pending investigation and, where the violation is confirmed, to apply it towards any losses caused by the fraudulent activity.

Where M Sport closes an account for reasons other than a breach of Terms — for example, as part of a market withdrawal or platform change — any real-money balance will be returned to the player in full within 7 business days.

12 Limitation of Liability

M Sport provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While M Sport takes all reasonable steps to ensure uninterrupted service, continuous uptime cannot be guaranteed. M Sport accepts no liability for losses arising directly or indirectly from platform downtime, connectivity issues, technical errors, or events outside of M Sport's reasonable control.

M Sport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or damage to devices resulting from use of M Sport's services. M Sport's total liability to any player in connection with any single event shall not exceed the stake placed on that event, or the applicable prize pool for any game.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of M Sport is lawful in your jurisdiction. M Sport accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is restricted.

13 Amendments to These Terms

M Sport reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, M Sport will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and will display a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of 14 days following any significant amendment.

Your continued use of M Sport following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change to these Terms, you should stop using M Sport and request account closure before the change takes effect. M Sport will process any closure request made for this reason without delay and will return any real-money balance in full.

The current version of these Terms is always available on this page. The version number and last-updated date are displayed at the top of the page. Players can request a copy of any previous version of the Terms by contacting M Sport support.

14.2 Formal Complaints

If you wish to raise a formal complaint, please submit it in writing to support@msport.bio with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and include your account username, a description of the issue, relevant dates, and any supporting documentation. M Sport will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

14.3 Governing Terms

These Terms and any dispute arising from them shall be interpreted in accordance with the platform's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute not resolved through M Sport's internal complaints process may be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution service associated with M Sport's gaming licence.
